These rules and regulations are in addition to such prohibitions and penalties as are provided by the laws of this State and Ordinances of the Town.

The above rules and regulations were approved by the Parks & Recreation Commission on November 20, 1989 and the Conservation Commission on December 19, 1989, and by the Parks & Recreation Commission December 19, 1989, and by the Parks & Recreation Commission at Public Hearings on November 14, 1990; August 14, 1991; December 9, 1992; July 14, 1993 and June 8, 1994, October 12, 1994; November 15, 1995; April 10, 1996; October 9, 1996; April 9, 1997; April 16, 1998; October 8, 1998; February 11, 1999; January 12, 2000; April 12, 2000, May 9, 2001, March 13, 2002, August 17, 2004, and on November 17, 2005 by the Conservation Commission
